Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customization of each piece. However, I will refund you or replace the item, if it is damaged in the mail. Just email me about what happened (marissachristineart@gmail.com) and I’ll be happy to help!
What happens if I don’t like my order?
If it’s a custom order or design, I always send an emailed proof and will work with you to edit and fix any mistakes. If it’s something that I am unable to do and we can’t come to an agreement, I will refund and cancel your order. Always email me at marissachristineart@gmail.com with any concerns and I’ll do my best to help.
If I made a mistake or it got damaged in the mail, I’ll send you a replacement. If it’s something hand painted or an original piece, I’ll refund your order as I cannot easily replace those. It’s situational and depends on what happened, so make sure to email me to explain.
Shipping & Turn Around Time
Do you ship internationally?
I ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Shipping to the U.S. is $5.99 flat rate (free after $50), but for Canada it is $15.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the product. Customized orders take 2-3 weeks for me to get to, complete and ship. Most everything else takes 3-5 business days to ship out.
Is it possible to get an item finished and shipped sooner than the normal turn around time?
Possibly, but please email me before you purchase.

Can I give you an idea and you do it as a custom order?
As of right now, yes! These take me a bit longer, but I’d love to work with you and make your artistic vision come to life.

As of right now, yes! These take me a bit longer, but I’d love to work with you and make your artistic vision come to life.
Prints
Do the frames come included with the prints or other pieces?
No, I only sell the prints and art pieces themselves. However, I do recommend you hang your piece in a frame if you’re looking to fill more space on your wall. Another rustic option I love is using twine and clothes pins to hang pieces. I will post recommended frames soon!
